When will I be charged at a Scan to Park location?

When the time you pre-selected expires, we will automatically charge the payment method on your Metropolis account and send you a receipt. Like a parking meter, you pay for the time that you need, but with the ease of managing your visit over your phone. Say goodbye to digging for quarters or sprinting to feed the meter!

However, just like a parking meter, we are unable to offer refunds for time that you pre-selected and ended up not needing. To avoid enforcement, please ensure that you select enough time to cover your entire parking visit or add more time if needed.
