We will text you a reminder 15 minutes before your visit expires with a link to add more time to your visit.
If you need to add more time, either open the link sent in the reminder text or view your active parking visit on the Metropolis web or iOS app and select “Add more time.”
Please make sure to add more time or exit the Metropolis location before your visit expires, or you will need to start a new visit to avoid enforcement.
Why can’t I add more time to my visit?
At some of our Scan to Park locations, Drivers are unable to add more time to their visit if they already selected the maximum duration available. Upon viewing the rates, a customer can see the details of the rates and select accordingly.
For example, if a location has a rate in place of $35 for a maximum of 12 hours and a customer wants to extend their visit; the customer will not be able to add more time since the maximum time is 12 hours.
