Some of our locations do not have cameras enabled and have our Scan to Park experience enabled instead, allowing Drivers to pre-select the amount of time they’ll need to park and pay by phone. Learn more here.
We have instructional signage throughout our locations to help you understand how to pay for parking. Scan the QR code on one of the “Pay by Phone” or “Scan to Park” signs and follow the instructions on the Metropolis web or iOS app to learn more about your visit. We will tell you in the app what to expect and how to pay.
