To manually close a visit, simply log in to your Metropolis account and select the "Help" button in the upper right-hand corner.
You will see two options "I'm no longer parking" and "It's something else."
Selecting "I'm no longer parking" will manually close your visit.

If payment was successful or isn’t required, you will see the receipt page (pictured below)

If there is an outstanding balance but no payment method on file, you will be prompted to enter payment info now.
If payment is required, please follow the instructions listed below to add a payment method.

Log into your Metropolis account by going to app.metropolis.io

Once logged in, press the menu button in the top left corner of the screen

Press "Payment" on the menu tab

Input your payment information and press "Save"
