If you're having trouble discounting during your visit, there are a few different things that could be going on.
First, ensure that you have proper cell service. If you notice a black screen when trying to scan the QR code, refresh the page and try again. Please note: You don't want to take a photo of the QR code, but hover your camera over the QR code, until it either opens a browser or a link appears that will take you to a new browser.
Secondly, if you still aren't able to apply your discount try closing your browser and reloading the page. Occasionally the system may get stuck attempting to add the discount to your visit.
Please note that you cannot stack multiple discounts to create an extended discount period. The first discount you apply to your account is the only one eligible for your visit.
You cannot add a discount after a visit has been closed. Please ensure your discount has applied your account prior to leaving the lot. The image below is what you will see when the discount has been applied successfully.
