Monthly subscription payments are processed automatically on the 1st of each month. If the 1st payment attempt fails, the system will automatically attempt to collect the payment again on the 7th of the month.

If you need to add or remove your payment method, follow the steps below:

Log into your Metropolis account by going to app.metropolis.io
Select the menu button in the top left corner
Click "Payment"
Select "Add payment method"
Enter your payment information and click "Save"
