When will my monthly subscription payment process?
Monthly subscription payments are processed automatically on the 1st of each month. If the 1st payment attempt fails, the system will automatically attempt to collect the payment again on the 7th of the month.
If the subscription has not been paid by the 7th of each month, the subscription will become invalid. The subscription will remain on the account until the amount due is paid.
If your monthly payment has failed, do not purchase a second subscription.
To trigger payment, simply delete the payment method on file and add a new payment method. This will automatically trigger the system to collect the payment again overnight.
