If your company pays for your parking, here’s what you need to know to get set-up with Metropolis! You should have received an email from Metropolis directing you to create an account. If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder and then contact your company’s parking administrator for assistance.
The email contains a unique link that will automatically apply your company’s subscription to your account once you have signed up.
Sign up is easy, and only occurs once. Simply add your phone number, the verification code we send to your phone number to confirm we have the correct number on file, and then your name and email address to finish off the process. Once all your information is entered, you will be all set to park!
